Beginning 2014, her cookery show "The Roshow" is being telecasted on daijiworldTV24*7 on every Sunday at 11.30 am, with 3 repeat shows throughout the week.

Her youtube channel is quite popular among food lovers all over the world.

In March 2015 she won "Swad Kaju Ka" cookery contest organised by Cashew Growers Association in Mangalore.

She was the finalist of national level contest “Bring Your Tastiest Bowl” conducted by Quaker India, judged by celebrity chef Vikas Khanna in the month of October 2016 at Taj Palace, New Delhi..

    Your recipe says 1/4 tsp of baking powder, whereas in your demonstration you say 1 tsp. Is it 1/4 tsp or 1 tsp.?

    Hilda,

    It is impossible to grind rice without soaking. Do this:

    - Wash the rice,
    - Soak the rice in water for half an hour and drain completely,
    - Add rice and 2 cups of cocoanut milk and grind the mix.

    I had a question. Are the six red long chillies mentioned with the ingredient's (prawns) to be ground with the masala? This has not been clarified in the recipe.

    why do the kulkuls become so hard to eat? Do you add baking soda? Is it because of frying on high heat?

    I add 2-3 tablespoons coconut and 1tsp coriander to the masala and it comes out thick and tasty. No short chilly. Only long chilly.
