Appointed as Vicar General at the Archdiocese of Delhi & Chairman, DCA Schools, Delhi.   Before this, he served as the Principal of Rosary Senior Secondary School, Delhi & Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Delhi.

Rev. Fr. Vincent D'Souza, as you take up this new assignment,
we offer praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God for opening
the door of service to you and for making it possible for you to touch
the lives of so many people.

You are a man of God, embodiment of simplicity and compassion.
Ever willing, cheerful, & never hesitated from lending a helping hand
to those who reach out to you.  You are a good preacher, source of
inspiration, motivation to the clergy, religious, and laity.  
You have been a positive influence on so many young minds, and truly
a guiding light in their educational journey so far.

This is a great milestone in your life, and we hope that you have
many more of such milestones to glorify the Almighty.

your future righteous endeavours and help you to work diligently
for the spread of His kingdom.
