Bantwal, Mar 1: A complaint has been filed against Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh stalwart, Kalladka Dr Prabhakar Bhat, in the town police station here.
Bantwal block youth Congress president, Suresh Jora, in his complaint, has accused Dr Bhat of delivering an address in Devandabettu temple in Kallige village in a religious meeting in which he had spoken in a way that was in the form of insulting the national flag. He also has charged Kalladka of uploading the said speech in a social website in an attempt to disturb peace in the society.
In his complaint, Jora said that in the address mentioned above that was delivered inside the said temple on February 20, Dr Bhat had not only spoken in a way that was derogatory of the national flag but also in the form of instigating communal passions. He alleged that video clips of the said address are being shared in social websites and therefore there is the apprehension of the peace in the society getting disturbed.
